My Reflection on Symbols

My Reflection on Symbols

Symbols are meant to represent something and symbols are also used to communicate in the older days. I felt happy, enthusiastic and cheerful doing this activity. It was also fun.  I can use the symbol that I have researched to design a t-shirt for our school`s 25th anniversary in a certain way like a school badge and the symbol contains six leaves which I could place the school`s core values on it.

Welcome

Welcome

Symbols are put in many of the things that we see around us. Some symbols are placed for fun. Others are for serious stuff. You are on a journey to find out more about symbols and create symbols for use on your school’s 25th Anniversary T-shirts. The best design will be chosen for actual use.Discuss your findings of what symbols are in your writings in this blog. Do also provide comments and suggestions on findings of others in your class or other classes.Write them here.

Before you write please exercise the following:

a. Write in full words and sentences and not in SMS language.

b. Arrange your writings the way you normally do in writing your English compositions. Check your grammar, spelling etc.

c. Please respect all contributors in this blog. Do not post flames, damaging, hurting comments to anyone… not even jokingly.

d. When commenting your fellow pupils’ ideas, do it nicely, even though the ideas might seem crazy or wild!

e. Respect the copyright law to the full. If you copied from somewhere, acknowledge it in your writing.

The blog is organised according to the following format:

a. Welcome – A welcome to you

b. The meaning of symbols – A writing exercise

c. What to have on our T-shirts

d. Our reflections.

After writing your own work, look at others and comment.

Enjoy…
